Shipping policy

Order Processing All products in our store are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at brandyevan09@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printify to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

International Shipping & Customs International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
