Refund policy

At The Patriach Co., your satisfaction is important to us. Because all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Made-to-Order Products Since every item is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • The item didn't meet subjective expectations

We strongly encourage you to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at brandyevan09@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. Reach out to us at brandyevan09@gmail.com if the issue is unresolved within 5 business days

We will work with Printify to investigate and resolve the issue.

4. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started and we may be unable to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately at brandyevan09@gmail.com if you need to cancel.

5. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
